Sleeping arrangements
This coastal home sleeps 14 guests across 7 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 5.5 bathrooms. The ground floor offers three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, including one with a roll-in shower designed for wheelchair accessibility. Upstairs, additional bedrooms and a bonus sleeping area provide flexibility for families and groups. The Light Keepers Suite, accessed by a private outdoor spiral staircase, features a queen bed, private bathroom, kitchenette, and 360° views of the ocean and waterway.

Living spaces
Each level has its own living room, kitchen, and laundry area, offering both connection and privacy. The main floor’s bright sitting area opens to the deck, while upstairs the sunroom welcomes ocean light and breezes. A second kitchen with a bar and beverage center makes entertaining easy, and the thoughtful layout allows guests to gather or unwind in quiet comfort.

Kitchen & dining
Both kitchens include essential appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Cooking basics and a dining table are provided for shared meals, while barbecue utensils make outdoor grilling a breeze.

Outdoor living
Two decks frame panoramic ocean views and open-air dining spaces. Enjoy the BBQ grill, listen to the surf from the balcony, or watch the stars rise over the water. The home includes a private entrance and on-site parking for four vehicles, with beach access directly across the street.

Neighborhood
Located 4.5 miles north of the Vilano Beach Bridge and downtown St. Augustine, and 3 miles from the Guana Tolomato Matanzas Reserve, this peaceful retreat offers easy access to nature trails, kayaking, and local exploration.

Please note: Self check-in is available via keypad, keybox, or smartlock. No pets are allowed. Guests must be 25 or older to rent and provide ID and a signed rental agreement. Outdoor security cameras are in use for safety. Families and responsible adults only - no parties.
