Big disconnect between bookings through VRBO and the operations/management at the building, yet management was quite pleasant. "The room was great with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths plus a small kitchen. The location was great a 5 minute walk from the wharfs in Newport. The check in process was the only thing that wasn't great. Did not have room ready at 4 as they were supposed to - no big deal, but when they finally called me around 4:30 to tell me that it was ready, there was a long line to check in.
