“Very disappointing to pay what we did expecting a clean, modern accommodation. Wooden furniture was beat up and drawers didn’t open easily. Two light bulbs needed to be replaced (dark shower prompted). Bathroom fan was disgusting. Only one USB port charger in entire two bedroom unit. Had to call front desk for a hair dryer. And right at check out, the team let us know we overpaid and could get the same unit for a third the price. Sickened me. Felt like I was forced into a timeshare talk.……

“The unit was very nice. Beautiful view of the harbor. The only negative is it was very noisy late at night with the bar downstairs. ”

“Very nice room. The location was absolutely ideal, price was very reasonable, and the view was spectacular. Had no problem working with Koala. This is a timeshare so you'll have to be prepared to tell a couple of people you aren't interested in getting a free lunch or whatever tactic they use to get you to listen to a sales pitch. If you book more than one unit be sure to book them under different names. Not sure why the facility management (not Koala) requires this but apparently there's a fee……
