We had a wonderful stay. We had everything we could need for a long weekend at the beach from bikes to ride in and around town to coffee and drinks and beach chair and umbrellas. Great staff and very clean!

Such a beautiful stay at The Beach House Inn; the staff was wonderful and helpful! There are endless things to do in the Kennebunkport area, and The Beach House Inn provides a wonderful experience to accommodate your stay. Bikes to take into town, endless nearby beaches, and a thoughtful coffee and tea station were some of our favorite details!

We loved that we had access to bikes and beach chairs at anytime. We enjoyed a perfect honeymoon exploring Kennebunkport and relaxing at the nearby beach! The staff was excellent and accommodating as well.

If you get a chance to stay here…please do so. From the front desk to the hotel itself, this experience will not disappoint. The coffee and tea bar starts you morning on the right track. You are walking distance from the water. Bikes and beach chairs are complimentary as well as ample parking which was also included. North Atlantic Coastal Charm is alive & well here.

The location close to the beach was excellent. Parking was available and was very handy and close to the beach. The staff was excellent. Coffee was available 24 hours, which was great. The air conditioner worked fine.The only potential downsides are: the room had a queen size bed, and bathroom with tub shower, but was rather small. Despite these downsides, we loved staying so conveniently close to the beach and to our nearby relatives. We would definitely rent again.

What a charming hotel! We totally enjoyed our short stay. So nice to be somewhere without an overnight parking fee. We especially loved the indoor sunroom with the fabulous ocean views.

We reached out to the Hotel prior to our arrival for assistance in securing a dining reservation Brian was extremely helpful in making this happen Once we arrived and checked out the property we inquired about adding on an additional nights stay. The front desk worked there magic and we ended up staying an additional evening Kennebunkport is truly a magical raft coast Summer town destination, a must see stop along an easy coast road trip. Good for the soul, fresh salt air and sea views, along with plenty of lobster and seafood

The property staff were excellent! We were at the hotel for a week. We stayed in a residential side King room. It was a little small for a week’s stay. You must keep in mind, the property was built in the 1800’s. No closets. They do have a small wardrobe and bag caddies to place your bags on. The bathrooms could use a refresh. But, overall with the location and the price we paid for a week, it was fine.

This place was great! Right on the beach, very charming, and great amenities. They have bikes and beach chairs available, first come first serve. My sister and I biked in to Kennebunkport which was easy and lovely. Highly recommend!

Here for just one night but had a great stay. We had a room (312) overlooking the Atlantic. Super clean room and the property and grounds were very well kept. Restaurants were about one mile away.

The property is across the street from the ocean and there is a walkway. Plus there are free bikes you can ride into town. The room was beautiful. Staff were all super nice and helpful. I would stay there again!
