Unfortunately, I experienced my first time ever having no water in a hotel. The water had been cut off since 6:00 am (at least I noticed at that time) I woke up and discovered that no water was available. In an unprofessional manner, the front desk staff argued that the shortage was due to city maintenance and that the hotel was not responsible. However, there were signs in the elevators asking guests to economize water because of problems with the building’s water system — and these signs had been posted before the shortage began. The staff simply kept saying that the water would be back “in just a few more minutes.” However, by 4:00 pm there was still no water, and I had to request that my mom and I be moved to another hotel. must acknowledge the front desk staff on the afternoon shift — unlike the morning staff, they informed incoming guests about the water issue and suggested that they cancel their reservations. I saw many people choosing to go to other hotels. I don’t know how this water shortage affected cleaning activities, but I can imagine that several hours without water could have put the health of hundreds of guests at risk.

The location and the breakfast were great. The WiFi never worked so I had to pay extra (international price) to be able to use internet. The staff were rude, never made eye contact or greet when I entered the hotel. When I complained about the WiFi the staff (young brunette lady with short hair) said I was lying because no one else had complained to them and it was weird that people would say it to me. In my bedroom the a/c didn’t make any difference in the room temperature. I had water coming from the windows and mold on the wall. The bathroom had hair on the toilet and shower from previous guest. I told the young staff with blond hair and she didn’t care and still wanted to charge from my dinner R$29. I told her to call her manager Mari who waved the dinner as an apology, but in reality they should have returned some of my money back since I had to pay so much for international WiFi. The room of course was closed due to mold.

Atendimento frio por parte da recepção. Controle da tv com pilhas ruins. Dificuldade para conectar o Wi-Fi, não resolvida pela recepção. Tive experiências repetidas e fiquei com a impressão que por ser a reserva feita por aplicativo de desconto, sempre colocam o hóspede nos quartos piores. Ficamos ao lado do elevador. A partir de 6h da manhã, com movimento de hóspedes, não foi mais possível dormir! Café da manhã MUITO bom!

Pessima experiência

Experiência ruim, cama muito dura e pequena. Chuveiro com baixa potencia no gás, tornando ele fraco, vaso sanitario demorava para encher a descarga, não sendo possivel o uso por mais de uma pessoa em intervalos menores de tempo. O estacionamento tem valor de diaria muito alto ($40) e não aceitam horas avulsas. O café da manhã é agradável, mas apenas com esse ponto possitivo não justifica o preço. Nunca mais volto.

Excelente localização. Mas infelizmente está mal cuidado. Ar condicionado sem funcionar no primeiro quarto. Trocamos de quarto. No outro era muito barulho de equipamento do quarto vizinho. Shampoo preenchido com água em um quarto e no outro nem tinha. Aontrocar de quarto, passei feedback construtivo na recepção, esperando um contato da gerência, que nunca aconteceu. Café da manhã muito bom e mais uma vez, excelente localização.

Achei o hotel com aparência suja, desde a parte externa, corredores com carpete sujo e cheio de manchas. Ralo do banheiro entupido. Teto da área do banho com mofo e descascando. Tinha espera para secador mas precisei pedir um para uso. Pela manhã se quisesse ligar a recepção ninguém atende.

Acústica ruim!

Já fiquei algumas vezes no hotel! Estrutura boa, bom atendimento, limpo, bom café da manhã, bom chuveiro,...! Porem o último quarto que peguei era EXTREMAMENTE ruim a acústica!! Escutava TODOS os sons do quarto vizinho como despertadore, conversas, até o abrir e fechar as malas o zíper escutava e como acordaram as 5h da manhã foi ruim somente nesse sentido!

Boa escolha

O hotel é super bem localizado, poucos minutos até o aeroporto e numa zona residencial muito agradável. Equipe atenciosa. Hotel limpo. Achei as toalhas de banho velhas, de má qualidade. Nosso quarto não tinha secador de cabelos (mas não perguntei na recepção se haveria um para emprestar). Café da manhã com muitas opções.

Quarto bem descuidado. Cheiro de mofo, paredes com infiltrações, rodapés com infiltrações. Batente da porta do banheiro estufado de infiltração. No banheiro rejuntes sujos próximo ao teto além de fiação do espelho elétrico exposto. Um hotel de duas estrelas no máximo.
