“Pros: The house is in a very quiet place, it has a spacious external garden, with washing machine and shower. The interior is recently renovated, everything was perfect and spacious for 3 people. The kitchen is equipped for a good breakfast and dinner. The bedding is comfortable, the air condition is a plus for the hot days, in 30 minutes the house is cold enough. I would recommend to anybody this place! Also, not far from the southern best beaches of Mallorca.”

“Thought I would write a detailed review. To set the scene we had a fantastic holiday. Communication with property manager re check in etc was great. The location is good. There is a road which runs near to the villa so expect some road noise. This did not bother us at all but may do others. The walk into Porto Petra is a short walk and the harbor area is beautiful. Just be aware though there is no pavement for the first 100 meters. There is space to walk just not a designated pavement. The villa……

“Unfortunately the home was not what we expected. Location was great, and that is the best I can say. Two major issues. First the power can’t support having the AC on and running the dryer for clothes. This was not in the listing. It tripped several times in the two days we were there and was very inconvenient. Second, there is very low water pressure. Longer hair guests could not effectively rinse out shampoo and conditioner. Several chose the outdoor shower as it seemed to work a little……

“Wonderful villa with own pool, barbecue and outdoor dining space. Spotlessly clean. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds and good air-conditioning. Quiet area. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Would recommend. Things to note: maximum capacity is 6 (even though there are 4 double bedrooms). Kitchen is well-equipped but quite small if preparing food for a large group. It would be useful to have a house guide/information on what to do with rubbish and recycling. Also a tourist tax needs to……

17. Dream House "Villa Del Mar Mondrago" 200m from the Beach, with Terrace, Balcony and Wi-Fi

PALMA DE MALLORCA

“The house is not as it seems on the website. firstly there is no view whatsoever. Only a small crowded terrace for eating outside with a view of an ugly fence. There are no restaurants nearby for eating with the exception of a not-very-good Pizza place on Mondrago beach. The swimming pool is not a swimming pool. It is roughly 1.8 meters - a plunge pool. The beaches were closed for the first 3 days of our holiday so a swimming pool was a necessity. The photos of the pool (and the bedrooms) are……

Vielen Dank! ”
