“1: The rooms do not have a mattress for a bed. They use a futon pad on a platform. These are not only very firm but extremely uncomfortable. I had 3 of the worst nights of sleep in my life, and this was a major contributing factor. Our son got an allergic reaction to the dust and had to take him to the ER during our stay. One of the beds did not have a comforter which we reported upon arrival. We were told for 3 straight days that it would be delivered and was not. It was finally delivered as we were checking out. I am a work traveler and have seen it all but the service and cleanliness were way below……
