"Me and my wife spent four nights there one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff was great about communicating on arrival details and even made dinner reservations for us before we checked in. I didnt realize her contact & 24hour contact didn't work, so we took long time to check-in (Guimaraes might be a safe place, but...😥😫) Also "the reception opens at 10am" is too late. the price is really reasonable if guests don't do late-check-in. "This is just like a hotel, couldn't fault it really. The basic rooms are a bit smaller, but it worked fine for us (a young couple). The superior rooms are really nice. Everything is lovely and clean and comfortable, bathrooms are great, aircon works well. The terrace is a real bonus and the customer service and staff at the check-in desk were excellent. It's in a great area with plenty of bar and restaurants around, nice to see a new bit of the city which has a good vibe."

"The 2 different Receptionist were very amiable. The Cleaner, was also helpful in getting my TV to work.
