"Did not feel safe to stay the first night alone. Both Doors need a deadbolt on the inside and weather stripping replaced, you can see light all around the door on the back of the place. Sheets were dirty or stained and mattress covers were dirty looks they have never been washed. Comforters looked dirty. Rug in living room was filthy, pots and pans look they are from a yard sale, would never use. "

"Located downtown just a couple of blocks from Magnolia Silos. Lots of restaurants nearby and garage parking. Felt very safe! Came back from Baylor game and ran across the street to eat at Portofino’s! So convenient! Check in process was easy and owner lives on site. Condo was very clean and stocked with water, coffee, and a batch of homemade cinnamon rolls! Will stay here again!"

"The condo was well appointed and comfortable. Located within walking distance of lots of restaurants, shopping and the river. Will definitely stay here if ever in Waco again."
