“The bad part is i made reservation an they didn't have my room for me and told me they didn't have one and when i showed them my reservation was made they put in in a room but told me they were going to move me to a different one so this was not good after your long trip so i didn't bring my bags up to the room, time went by an nothing so i went got my bags so that i could get showered and relaxed. They ended up letting me stay in that room because rhe one i reserved was not available for me ”
