“Our stay at Simplicity House was a short one, but very comfortable and well appointed! We chose this home because of the 3 en suites and it did not disappoint! The home was very clean and expertly decorated. The location was very accurate - everything Magnolia was literally minutes away. It was terribly hot outside, but inside was nice and cool. The rear deck was private and a nice place to relax with a coffee or wine! Charmaine was very gracious and informative and a great host. If we ever make……

“Decided to do a quick get-away for our Anniversary within 2 hours of Dallas. We had never been to Waco, always passed through. We had settled on Poppy & Rye due to the unbelievable photos the host had posted on vrbo. We were not disappointed- at all. Host thought of everything. It was so welcoming and we loved the blueberry scones and amazing smelling candle that was lit for our arrival and the best part, we didnt need to bring anything but our clothes. Great location, very clean, beautiful……

“This place is just wonderful. It’s so calming on the front porch, rocking in the chairs, admiring the roses and the lake. Great keurig with k cups and a bottle of wine! The homestead is just up the road and offers a ton. The trail is a nice clean path over to a gear sunset. Loved the horse back riding and Lem was super responsive with my questions. Highly recommend ”
