"At first, everything was great. Cute pool area, air conditioning was fantastic, nice room set up. We had an issue with the shower drainage, but that was fixed the next day. Communication via WhatsApp with whoever was on the other end was super fast and helpful. However, front desk wasn’t as helpful with our needs. And at times we felt ignored. "The Coco de Mer is a unique hotel; small, about 50 suites set on a lovely private beach. The photograph shown here is out of date, the facilities are prettier than those shown. The best feature has to be the staff who have been here for years, happy in their work They feel like friends, you are so well looked after. Have a cocktail and watch the sun go down to the call of the doves."
