“For a million dollar view you can't beat this location. I could have sat and watched the ocean for hours. Very quiet area. Everything needed was right in the condo. IF and I do mean IF there was a downside you are about 2 miles away from the resturants and bars, so if you like to partake in a few beverages you will have get a driver as it isn't walking distance. “Our stay at this Sugar Beach Condo was EXCELLENT!!! It is conveniently located mid island, away from the hustle and bustle of the busier cities. Being on the 5th floor gave us a spectacular view of the beach side and then to the right you have the wildlife refuge! (The lower floors are missing that view). The condo groundskeepers are busy keeping the property well manicured and clean and facilities are well maintained. We were SO pleased with everything about the condo. It was stocked with all...

“It is a nice condominium with all the comforts that will make you feel at home, the kitchen is very equipped and I thought it was a plus to have contact with the owner or manager of the apartment because if you have any problem they are there to help you. The kitchen was fully equipped so you can cook and not spend too much money on food, you also have the beach a couple of minutes walk away which I thought was fabulous and if you don't want the beach you have the condo pool for you to enjoy.”

“Space was great for two adults. Nicely appointed kitchen. The lanai was fabulous, we had many meals and cocktails on it, the view is hard to beat. Partial sunsets from the lanai when we visited because of the time of year & position of the sun (mid May) but you definitely see all the colours. Easy enough to just travel down to Kam beach 2 or 3 (during sunset rush hour which really isn’t that bad at all) and you’ll see the full sunset. Bed is a comfy king, good pillows, couch is comfy as well....
