“The AC is really loud that I couldn't fall asleep at night. Also we understood it's a condo and kept quiet all the time, but the neighbors upstairs was running and jumping very early in the morning. Our ceiling was trembling....Other than the noises, we liked the beach towels and beach chairs provided.”

“Don’t stay here. Their rooms are very poorly remodeled. When we showed up the door wasn’t locking, also the sensors for the A/C was broken and it wouldn’t turn on. So much for being a resort. Also the detergent took my money and didn’t dispense my box of soap. Then the phone in the room kept going off and there was nobody calling.”

“The pros are the hotel has great facilities for families, they have some really good slides for the kids, an arcade room, a Starbucks nearby and also car rental. There are two restaurants onsite and a few others within proximity. I also like the lobby area where they have a couple of tree swings, chess and some activities for the kids. That said, in terms of value, the room does not justify it. The bed was creaking, toilet is really small (you can’t even open the the door fully without swiping……
