"This property is the perfect get away to beautiful Costa Rica. The location of the hotel and the views are amazing. The staff were tremendously helpful, courteous and a joy to be around. "We absolutely loved this place. Vayu Retreat is a very charming and quiet mini hotel with only 4 beautiful rooms, a great infinity pool, spacious terrasses to relax and a nice restaurant. The service from Marc is absolutely phenomenal. Everything is done with taste and the place has all the amenities you will need."

"The staff and facility were both fantastic. They exceeded all of are needs and desires. From our greeting when we arrived to our farewell actually out front. Both Francisco and Michelle came out to bid us a farewell. Francisco even assisted us in the parking which was somewhat tight spaces. Also we really enjoyed the food.both dinner and breakfast were delicious and attractively prepared. It was just a wonderful experience for our group of four"

"The location of the property is beautiful, set back from the road and elevated for a great view of the Pacific. We particularly enjoyed the Happy Hour each day at 5:00 to enjoy the fabulous sunsets. The pool, the colorful plants, the toucans, tanagers, orapendulas and numerous other birds added so much to our visit. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. Our 5 days spent at Cristal Ballena were top notch!"
