“Room and bed were comfy. Room has everything you need. It is fairly new. Suites are not near reception but they are in a quiet area.”

“It was a beautiful property! Like a treehouse tucked away in the jungle, but right on the main strip 5 mins across the street from playa Carmen. Close to great cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Our check in process went smoothly and the private family room was perfect, except that we noticed quite quickly the AC wasn’t working on the 2nd level in the bedrooms. The staff were so kind and quick to work hard and fix it by the time we went got back for dinner. 10/10 customer service. Would……

“The view from the balcony is amazing. The dorm bed was comfortable, toilet facilities were great. Kitchen was good as well although could use new kitchen utensils/pots/pans as what was available were quite destroyed/melted. Overall great dorm!”

“Nice clean place with friendly staff, with a pool by the forest, a quiet spot for yoga/meditation/massage, and paths in the forest where we saw squirrel monkeys, howler monkeys and scarlet macaws. The pool has a few missing tiles but, apart from that minor thing, everything else was nicely kept and clean.”

“Très bel endroit et très belle vue sur Monteverde et les montagnes. Plusieurs espaces commun. Déjeuners copieux et complets. Personnel très disponible et qui facilite le processus de réservation des activités. La cuisine commune est très petite, mais on s’y fait et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner y est.”
