“200 year old property, right in the center of Gettysburg. Well maintained for its age, but it does show its age. If you are a light sleeper, this might not be the location for you as it is situated on the main traffic circle in town, but if you are accustomed to traffic and street noise, you’ll be fine. Parking is not guaranteed to be close to your room as there are 5 rooms and only 3 spots on the property, the other two are on the other side of the town square. There is no staff on site, all...

“AMAZING property! Check in was fast and simple. Property was very well maintained and had breathtaking views. Close to town, yet seemed far off in the country. 15 min from shopping and restaurants. Nowhere else can you have your own private lake! Thank you, Kurt”

“The area was beautiful and very quite! We loved the cabin we stayed in. While we did run into some minor issues, staff was VERY accommodating and attentive. We hope to come back and would love to stay on the grounds again. They love dogs and that made us feel more comfortable. The pool was awesome, as was the arcade room for our younger members of the group! ”

“Wonderful historic building close to downtown Gettysburg. Stairs to second floor difficult to navigate for an older person. Hospitality by owner was excellent. Giving up a few amenities to be in such a historic setting was well worth it!”
