“To begin, they demand extra money to check me in, exactly $50 dollars, which they promised that will be refunded, they only refunded $21. Then, when I get to the room, it was grossly, the towel were dirty, roaches, I stay till 3Am cleaning by myself the room. The only reason I stay there is because I travel to that town to take care of some legal/court matter that required in person attendance, I will give them minus zero.”

“Room was filthy and nothing worked. When we call the front desk and tried to tell them that the a/c was stuck on heat and the room was 78 degrees she said to turn the a/c up to 80 and then it would work. It only made the room hotter (obviously). We called again and she ignore our call 3 times. The hair dryer started smoking when we tried to us it.”

“Breakfast was not available at the time they stated-- parking lot was not as secure as they make it sound when we arrived at 130 am there were some suspicious people in the lot when we told front desk they said it's a police problem and they don't get involved the front desk was rude when asked about the additional $100 charge for room damage deposit they stated it will be returned in a week after we inspect the room I reccomend staying somewhere else ”
