“They charged me MAD 44 per person per night for tax although only MAD 13.2 was stated during booking! The service is poor either!! Only one towel was provided. We repeatedly made request to a lady at the counter for one more towel. She promised twice to send it to my room but it was not received until we made further request to another lady in the next evening. ”

“Très propre Emplacement correcte mais ..
Pas de parking disponible devant un hôtel qu on a eu du mal à trouver au début
Le parking se faisait devant la sortie de garage de l immeuble
Une chose encore … l hôte m a fait payer à l arrivée une taxe de séjour pour 2 nuits au moins 4 fois supérieur à ce que j ai pu payer ailleurs
Ça me paraît énorme pour avoir fait de nombreux autre hôtels avoir jamais dépassé le quart de ce j ai payé ici…
je crois m être fait arnaqué sur ce coup mais a vérifier……

Lovely clean apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Local to Stadium which was important. Great dining/living room area perfect for relaxing. Nice quiet area with good transport links.”

“Good (quiet) location less than 30 min walking from Agdal station. The flat has adequate room and the bed is comfortable. For getting around the city, there is a tram stop nearby on Ave de France and petit taxis are easy to find (even when it is raining). Many eating options in the area. For self-catering, Carrefour grocery is 15 min walking. Kitchenette has a two-burner butane cooker but don't plan to cook much because there are only a couple of small pans to use. “Absolutely awful building. My room reeked of cigarettes all night and day and the bed sheets were filthy. The mattress may well have been a sheet of timber.
I had a three night stay but cancelled after one night because of the awful condition of the room. I requested a refund but it was rejected. Avoid this place. The pictures are deceptive.”
