I stay 2 nights and 2 nights without air conditioner, hotel can't help

Overall everything was nice. Room was spacious, not new but very cozy. WiFi is OK. Staff were all friendly, attentive and helpful. I accidentally arrived one day earlier but the check in staff handled it perfectly. Two restaurants in the lobby were nice. Generally the Egyptian cooks well for both traditional dishes and foreign dishes. ATM right at the front door which both foreign currency cash exchange and money withdraws can be done, which is very convenient. Little convenience store, pharmacy are in the lobby or just opposite of the street. A bit far away from main attractions, ie.20mins walk to Luxor temple. Best choice for travelers who are joining local tour with hotel pick up.
