"We had a wonderful overnight stay at the hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful view watching the hot air balloons and we sat in the roof area which is where we also had breakfast, having a quiet drink in the evening. We didn’t use the pool due to time but it was spotless ..."

More than anything, Sayed was incredibly welcoming and helpful - when our hot air balloon was cancelled for bad weather, he helped us plan the perfect alternative activities.
