The hotel was nicely decorated and the workout gear was a very nice touch. Beds were comfortable although the option of some flatter pillows for those who prefer those would be nice. We arrived after a record-heat day, so the room took a very long time to cool down since we were on an upper floor. There was an issue with our door functionality and the staff offered to move if we wanted. Nice gym. Gluten free bread at breakfast was appreciated.

Most of the hotel rooms smell like chlorine but I slept in the lower floor and didn’t encounter those smells

We have always loved staying at the Copley. It’s beautiful with old Boston charm. The history of the hotel is fascinating. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable!

You simply cannot find a better spot in Boston - it's perfectly positioned for both business and leisure activities, with easy access to everything the city has to offer while maintaining that sense of waterfront tranquility. Every stay here has been delightful, and the consistency in service quality is remarkable. The Boston Harbor Hotel has earned my loyalty through their attention to detail and genuine hospitality. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
