positiv: - große Wohnung über 2 Stockwerke mit viel Platz - großer Balkon - schöne Aussicht - Pool - sauber negativ: - schmale Zufahrtsstraße, keine Wendemöglichkeit im Hof (50m vorher) - ein paar kleinere Reparaturen wären notwendig (Dusche am Pool, Glühbirnen, Türgriff fällt raus)

trotzdem schön

Die Lage, der Pool und das Platzangebot waren hervorragend. Der Pflegezustand der Wohnung war oberflächlich in Ordnung. Bei der Anreise waren Abstriche bei der Sauberkeit von Böden, sanitären Einrichtungen und Textilien zu machen. Der Grill und die Polster im Freisitz waren verdreckt und feucht. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche ließ Wünsche offen. Trotzdem haben wir einen schönen Urlaub verlebt.

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Wunderschöne Wohnung, riesig groß, der Pool war traumhaft, wunderbare Aussicht, ruhige Lage.. Wir haben alle Wege leicht zu Fuß machen können. Man kann tolle Wanderungen nach Portofino, San Fruttoso, aber auch die Busverbindungen sind sehr gut.

Traumhafter Blick in die ligurische Küste

Bis auf den fehlenden Wasserdruck und die schwankende Temperaturunterschiede in der Dusche waren wir ausgesprochen zufrieden und würden die Ferienwohnung mit herrlichem Blick und der guten Lage weiterempfehlen. Preis-/Leistung hat in jedem Fall gestimmt.

Villa avec une très jolie vue

Maison idealement située (au calme à 15 min à pied de la mer) avec une grande terrasse ayant une vue imprenable sur la baie. Pour rejoindre le centre de Rapallo, il faut compter 30 min de marche. La maison est tres jolie, avec une superbe piscine et sa cuisine d été à disposition. La maison est spacieuse pour 4 personnes, sur deux etages, et toutes les pièces sont climatisées (ce n etait pas du luxe vu la chaleur qu'on a eu au mois de juillet 2023!). Quelques petits points d améliorations: la cuisine manque un peu d équipement (pas de micro onde, peu de vaisselle), la propreté des sols/poussiere laissait à désirer (peut etre du au fait qu'on a prevenu de notre arrivée au dernier moment), et la TV est minuscule. Nous avons eu une panne de chaudiere durant notre séjour, et avons du terminer notre séjour sans eau chaude (pas si genant vu la chaleur). Malgre cela, nous avons tous passé de très belles vacances, et recommandons cette location.
