NEW LISTING for 2025! FAMILY FUN is in store when you rent this wonderful South Rehoboth Beach home that is just 1 short block to the beach and boardwalk. At the corner of New Castle and King Charles, you are also a short walk away from downtown Rehoboth's fine and casual eateries, unique shops, churches, live theatre, bandstand concerts and more! Comfortably sleeping 12 in the 6 Bedrooms, the home also offers a spacious enclosed sun porch, perfect for morning coffee and a screened porch for evening conversation or games and cardplaying. There's even a perfect yoga spot on the 2nd floor/rooftop deck! Have a rainy day? Don't despair . . . play a game of ping pong or pool in the "game room", settle in for binge watching your favorite shows on one of the 7 smart TVs, or get some exercise on the treadmill. Home is thoughtfully appointed, offering an outdoor shower, irons & steamers, and even beach chairs for guest use. Park your car for the week with no need to move it unless you would like to hit the tax -free outlets just a few miles away or venture to neighboring towns of Historic Lewes or quaint Bethany Beach. There is off-street parking for 2 small to mid-size cars and the owner graciously offers 2 Rehoboth Beach Parking Permits. BOOK TODAY WHILE THERE ARE STILL PRIME WEEKS AVAILABLE. No pets or smoking please. Guests pay a $210 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets and towels are not included, but available to rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
