"Giving this property a 3 review because of the location. Thought being on the Royal Mile would put us close to dining and the historic area. Did not know we'd be on an all night party street. "Great spot right on the Royal Mile, handy to everything. I bit of a nightmare getting there by car at 5pm, nowhere to part outside due to road works, so had to park half on footpath to unload luggage. Once that was sorted had a great time. Staff helpful, close to pubs and restaurants."

Good location and great basic room.

"This hotel is in a good location for exploring Edinburgh Castle and the area around. The service at the hotel is excellent and everything is clean. The shower drain was not working well and after a call to the desk, a very friendly engineer arrived in less than 5 minutes to fix the issue. "

Loved my stay

"Loved the hotel , Staff was very friendly and informative. Went for 4 nights to explore Edinburgh city , train and tram was very close walking distance so was easy to walk to hotel from travel services and the zoo was only down the road , was very cozy ,quiet ,clean , was able to.uses pool and gym and breakfast was lots of options and very yummy , loved my stay would go back 100% xx "
