Each morning and evening, we could hear cow bells from the surrounding farms, and the view from the back porch over the hills was stunning. Habkern is a more rural option than others many tourists go to but it was a great base for us to use because we went to many different areas around the Jungfrau region. "Overall the house was great. It was clean and the view was gorgeous. The reason we did not give 5 stars is because we were told to only take 5 min showers to ensure we had enough hot water. The kitchen was really too small for us to cook in as only one person can be on at a time. In addition, we were in a very large car and did not understand from any of the information given what the drives on the road to and from the house would be like."

"This hotel is located in a lovely area with less than 15 minutes away from the train station; making it very convenient to explore the city. The neighborhood felt safe and had a nice atmosphere, with cafés, shops, and other amenities nearby. The room was clean, quiet, beautiful view of the river, and very comfortable, and was everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth and efficient. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and great value for the location. We’d definitely consider staying here again! "
