“Stayed here for Pilgrimage Festival so that we could be closer to Nashville when we weren’t at the festival and location was great. Easy access for the short ride to Franklin being on the south part of Nashville and a short ride or walk to things to do in Nashville. Property is exactly as it looks, a very nice and efficient layout. Pool is a nice option as well. “Great location, cute little studio apartment & good communication from host. We stayed just 1 night, in town for a comedy show at Zanies. The communication from the host via app, email & text was great. Very clear instructions & easy to find, free parking was nice, the apartment was well appointed. Only thing off was the listing indicated a pull out sofa and there was no sofa, just 2 occasional chairs in the kitchen area. It wasn’t a deal breaker for us when we arrived but we had planned to……

“Overall the condo was exactly as pictured, and the perfect size and layout for the 3 of us on a girls' weekend. The location is a short uber from downtown, and a little quieter. There is a great restaurant across the street for a nice dinner, and hotel with rooftop bar next door. My only concern was that access to the building was unrestricted. You are supposed to use the "latch" app for access, however the door in the underground parking was not locked for our entire stay. We would have……

Communication before our trip was great—I received prompt replies to all my questions. Although the condo is situated next to a train track, we rarely heard the trains and found the area to be quiet overall. It was well-stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!”
