Everything was great! It would have been nice if there had been more ramps. I think our neighbors were smoking in the bathroom the last night of our stay and the bathroom vents may be shared. The hotel is extremely close to the airport and extremely close to Opry Mills. The outdoor pool area is fantastic and the indoor pool is the perfect temperature.

The property was very busy with a lot of guests. The room was clean and had comfy beds. We came in late from the Opry and was able to order food from the bar. The lobby is very large and pretty inside.

There were 2 cockroaches in our bathroom of the hotel & they were BIG like they have been living there for awhile, there’s not a big snack selection to buy from, ridiculous price for breakfast that MOST hotels offer free breakfast so we had to leave every morning to go get breakfast instead of paying $55 every meal just to eat after the price of such a hotel. On our last day as we were checking out, I am a breastfeeding mother who was on vacation away from her child, which meant I still had to pump and keep my food cold. We had asked someone in the cafeteria for ice and explained my situation & he looked at us and told us he has ice but no time for us; so we went to the front desk and had to have someone from there go fill my cooler up so my bags of breast milk wouldn’t go bad on our way home. I personally had an awful experience and will not be booking to stay there again.

The hotel location was great. The pool was amazing. The restaurant was closed so we had to eat in the bar area which wasn’t very pleasant. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich and I was not happy when the sandwich was very hot and it wasn’t specified in the menu. Overall, good experience.
