"Clean room , friendly staff, comfortable room. And the Mexican restaurant next door a major plus"
Navasota Inn

Vanguard Motel

2.5 star property
8.2 out of 10, Very Good, (66)
"This is a wonderful property compared to the chain hotels found locally. I was very pleased with staff and the very comfortable bed. My only disappointment is that the AC was off on my arrival and off again during the day while we were away coming back again to a very hot room. I understand trying to be thrifty but in Texas heat even in the fall a nice cool room when you arrive back from working outside all day is preferable to one that must take a couple hours to cool down.
