“It was a great location for the event we were at this weekend. Communication was pretty quick for checking in. The whole place could use a good cleaning. The beds seemed clean thankfully”

“The entire apartment unfortunately smelled like urine, extremely potent on the stairs and in one corner of one of the bedrooms. Clumps of hair on the floor of the bathroom. Plenty of space and the beds were clean though. ”

“The fan was not working in our bedroom, I sent a message about it on day one, crickets. No response.There was a water leak coming out of the hardwood floor, I sent a message, cricket. No response or attempt to repair it.We saw and reported several roaches in the kitchen area. No response to that either.Cat litter and cat poop dumped from the previous tenants. Right in the middle of the driveway, I reported it to them, no response. Overall, communication was very poor. Not to mention the items……

“Our stay was great! I did not realize this is attached to the main house which is also rented. It was all good though. We didn’t hear the other guest while we were there. Owners were very responsive when we had WiFi issue and came out and solved it right away. Would recommend staying here. ”

“A property that superficially appears nice but reality is the floor is old and worn they tried to paint over some things but it is insufficient. We arrived late evening and found that basic furnishings such as paper towels and tissues were not provided. Kitchen cookware etc is provided in a most basic and limited manner, making it difficult to actually cook and eat meals in the home. The shower water barely gets warm. Overall a deceptive listing and home I would not stay in again. We did not……
