Not very happy

The TV volume was terrible, IE had to strain to hear. Water pressure in shower poor. The worst was I had to kill a cockroach on the night stand.

It was alright. TV was a old box type which could have been better if it was working. It needs better wiring for lights and room feels a bit dark. So yes kind of creepy but ok.

Get what you pay for

Was unable to get anything from the hotel upon checking in or out that had rate, stay, anything as a receipt/check out. I was told they are not a franchise. I paid online so receipt was online. The hot breakfast consisted of cold mini muffins that I had to ask for because there was nothing out.

The bed was extremely hard and very uncomfortable. The shower was made for a very short person. They came in and changed the setting on the air conditioner while I was at my son's graduation ceremony. Yes it was a smoking room but it smelled like it had been closed up for months with no air freshener. There were no donuts and coffee available as they advertised. It was a horrible experience.

You owe me $46

A toilet. Was not worth the couple of dollars saved. The smell of curry and body odor in the office almost made me puke. TV didn't work, mole everywhere. It should be condemned.

the person who was there was very rude terrible temper,finally a lady came out who can anderstood more english, still not happy they said trasvelocity not pay them for my room i was very far for my home to strange place were i dont have a idea were to go no banks and my dougther have to pay with her credit card my staying.

Hotel owner wrote wifi password on note pad, his writing was horrible, could not understand writing, unable to use wifi.

Only stayed there for one night. The room had an unwanted smell. Good thing I was only booked for one night. The staffed watched me and my guest go in the room. I was booked for 2 they Called the room and stated that she seen more than 2 people (which was only 1 additional person) go in the room. Felt uncomfortable from there

Nasty & Never Again

I was there for military graduation I could've stayed on the base had I known they had rooms I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone the bathroom was deplorable the tub was nasty and dirty as if it hadn't been cleaned in years the shower didn't work the customer service was bad and to top it off the Continental breakfast I wouldn't eat it because the lobby itself was just as dirty as the room

Bathrooms was flirthy tub was slippery and had a huge piece of porcelain missing no continental brea

Hotel was nasty and not clean no WiFi or breakfast as indicated in ad sheets were not clean towels what towels TV barely worked it was the dirtiest and most unfriendly place I've ever stayed no wTer pressure and shower did not work I wouldn't let a dog stay there

Horrible staff!!

The owner of this hotel is very angry and just a jerk.. we asked for extra towels and pillows he yelled at us and said we already had two and that was enough. The room service was good they came in and cleaned the room everyday. This and the water pressure would be the only good things about this hotel.. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone just because of the owner alone.

Horrific management

Chose this hotel for my nephew's graduation from Fort Leonard Wood. Management staff made our stay horrific. We were yelled at multiple times over a stray dog that wandered around our rooms. We came back to the room on day 2 to no towels. Called to get towels and never got them. When we went to check out, management then accused us of stealing the towels and assured me I would be charged for them. Had me shaking mad by the end of the confrontation. One of my pet peeves is water pressure in the shower. There was none. The location was perfect, rooms clean, but managent made it the worst experince at a hotel I have ever had. There are comparable hotels up and down the same road. Stay at one of those, not here.

Room was awful, first room had bugs everywhere, other room ok. Service was awful. I will never go there again. I brought own pillow and blanket. I wouldn't walk on the floors without shoes. No hot water, was Luke warm. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!
