Very helpful and hard working staff. Breakfast was excellent on the roof a great way to start a day when you are touring Rome all day. Very quiet and close to Vatican and metro. I would stay there again!

Best hotel ever!

It was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. And breakfast was included. Beds were so comfortable. The staff and owner were very friendly. So close to all of the sights Rome has to offer. 10 minute walk to the Vatican.

The room was excellent! Breakfast was delicious and, the main thing to stay here, the service. Gianluca and Lizeth are AMAZING hosts! They will let you know about anything in Rome, guide you to the best restaurants, how to move, call taxis for you, etc.. It was an amazing experience thanks to this wonderful hosts! This is better than a 5 star hotel.

My friend and I loved our stay at QuodLibet. - Safe and walkable location - Very close to the metro, dining options, and the Vatican - Pleasant owner/host with fantastic communication - Friendly and helpful staff - Charming and clean spaces with great air conditioning - Very comfortable beds and pillows - Delicious breakfast - Beautiful rooftop (where breakfast was served) During my next visit to Rome, I wouldn't hesitate staying at QuodLibet again. We were thrilled to find this place. The owner met us and gave detailed instructions on places to go and recommendations for restaurants, he even arranged our transportation to and from the airport. Booking this B&B is like having a private concierge along with it. It is clear from our experience that he has been doing this for 24 years. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace overlooking Rome is always phenomenal! The location of this B&B is perfect, only a few blocks from the Vatican and a short walk across the Tiber river to the other major archaeological sites. Even better, there is a 24 hour bakery in the ground floor right underneath this place!! We just can't recommend this guest house enough!

We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Rome. And if we ever should return, we would be staying here again. This is a very clean, fully serviced, safe property with outstanding service from the team. Lizette and team are incredibly warm, welcoming and inviting and go out of their way to ensure your needs are met. The entire vibe of the place is cozy and welcoming. The bathroom shower products etc are really lovely too! The team are also very knowledgeable and helpful in terms of transit support and directions and transit to / from the airport and port area. It is very centrally located in walking distance to the Vatican and hop on / hop off buses / transit etc. We really appreciated the support to get to the port in terms of transportation. This is truly a gem in Rome!

50th Anniversary

Wow!! What a wonderful experience. We were picked up on time at the airport by pre-arranged chauffeur . The manager Gianluca, gave us a brief, but very informative map tour of the sites which we were able to walk to. The roof top breakfast was exceptional. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Gianluca helped us extend our trip for an extra day. The location is central to the main attractions, collesium, forum, trevi fountain etc. The rooms were clean and well stocked. Nice HOT water. We highly recommend Quodlibet (whatever in Latin) for families or Lovers like us, you will not be disappointed

Our stay at QuodLIbet exceeded our expectations and was an amazing experience! THANK YOU to Gianluca (Owner & Operator) for your gracious hospitality and attention to detail in all aspects of our stay! From arrival to departure...the Owner and staff went above and beyond! Our arrival flight to Rome from the US was delayed over 5 hours...but Gianluca was able to adjust our airport transportation in real time to make sure our driver was there when we landed. Upon arrival at QuodLibet, he greeted us warmly and stayed after hours to get is checked in and situated. Our room was clean and in good order, and the great staff here made sure it was tip-top each day. The daily rooftop terrace breakfasts are amazing...with MTO eggs, plates of meats & cheese, baskets of toasted bread, sweet croissants with spreads, coffee to order, juices and yogurts...a great way to start the day! The location is perfect, with one-block access to the Metro and an easy 5-10 minute walk to the Vatican and other points of interest nearby. Markets and food options are plentiful in this neighborhood. It's a 2 minute walk to the nearest bar or restaurant....with options abounding 5-10 minutes away by foot. Please note...the rooms of QuodLibet are located on the 4th floor of the building. The elevator worked perfectly during our stay and was very helpful during our arrival and departure while dealing with the luggage.

Quod Libet far exceeded my expectations!. Gianluca and his team were friendly, helpful and generous. My room was lovely and so comfortable. The breakfast was incredible -- croissant, breads, eggs, cereal, yogurt, fruit, coffees and teas -- with no limits! The location was less than a mile from St. Peter's Square, which I visited every day. It was clean and safe as a solo traveler, with many dining options. I would highly recommend Quod Libet, and if my travels bring me back to Rome, I will certainly stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at QuodLibet. As the other reviews mention, the staff is very accommodating and helpful and breakfast was wonderful. It is in a very convenient location as well- the metro stop is just a walking minute away. Our room was spacious and clean. Would absolutely stay there again.

Una struttura di riferimento per visitare Roma

La struttura è molto comoda e versatile per visitare Roma. È molto vicina alla fermata Ottaviano (purtroppo chiusa nei giorni del nostro soggiorno, ma che presto riaprirà) e non troppo di stante da Lepanto. La colazione è adeguata alla sistemazione con il plus di alcuni piatti caldi su richiesta. La veranda della colazione è inoltre a disposizione degli ospiti per la cena o il pranzo con cibo da asporto. Personalmente trovo un'ottima possibilità in questo. Personale molto gentile, efficiente e disponibile. Nel periodo nel quale abbiamo soggiornato il parcheggio in strada è stato molto facile.

This place is absolutely lovely. The location is perfect as it is down the street from the Vatican yet it is in a quieter area. The room is extremely comfortable and the bathroom is brand new. The breakfast on its own makes this THE place to stay. Such a lovely atmosphere - I will come back here
