Staff was super friendly. Our room was clean and nice. Beautiful big window and the mini split offered perfect cooldown on a hot evening. Walkable location to great restaurants and the river.
Historic property.
Good location.
Helpful staff.
Linens and pillows were old and worn
Towels were old and thin
No hot water each morning/ very cold shower!
Dead plants in landings of stairway
Brilliant location with a B&B set-up inside a beautiful old building. The street it's on (Via Giulia) is quiet but a short walk from all the historical centre sights. The breakfast buffet is small but great value at 10 euros per person and the staff were really friendly. The family room set-up worked well for us and our kids (11 & 9 years) with the kids beds on a balcony level above our bed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others.
This hotel is so well located, we were able to walk everywhere from the Vatican to the Forum! Ashe at the front desk was very helpful with recommendations and arranging airport transfer. The street is quiet with many beautiful buildings. The air conditioning was very nice since we visited during a heatwave! We would stay here again.
We found this to be a reasonably priced hotel in a great location with good services. The hotel has an upscale feel and the staff was excellent especially needed help from the front desk. We plan to return next visit.
The front desk was so helpful with rides and tips for Rome. The hotel was quaint and the room was much more spacious than expected with great character. Location was great too. Would stay again.

Beautiful and clean, the staff was helpful and friendly!
Beautiful historic building. Clean and airy. Lovely neighborhood next to landmark church two charming piazzas down the street with excellent restaurants. We were able to walk to the Roman Forum and Trevi Fountain. Helpful and attentive staff.
Excellent location, convenient for walking to all sights. A quiet hotel on a lovely quiet, authentic street. Family room was clean and comfortable and the air con was much appreciated during a heatwave in May. The staff were helpful and welcoming. Enjoyed the hotel breakfast on our morning of departure.
The hotel is charming and clean! It has a lot of character. It’s nice to go back to an airconditioned room after a whole day of being out in the sun. Centrally located and the staff were pleasant. We would love to stay here again!
The location was great. you get the true Rome experience here without the crowds. the streets and piazzas nearby were tranquil and easy to walk to less then 5 minutes for cafe. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Easy to get taxi drop off and pick up in front of hotel. Nicely located near all major tourist locations. Rooms were clean with good AC and bathroom great. Tall ceilings and comfy bed. would stay here again! CHEERS
Situated in a very quiet road and it was great to come back from all the sights seeing to have a great quiet time. The rooms were very clean and comfortable but everything in the fridge was payable even water. The breakfast was continental which was good but don’t expect bacon and sausage. The air conditioning was a great as it helped cooling off after a long day out in the sun. Asci on reception was amazing, he was always friendly, polite and he was always making sure that our stay was comfortable and dealt with any issues or questions we had about the hotel and sightseeing.
We would definitely stay there again.
We have been to Rome before and we wanted to try a different area this time. We booked the family room at Relais Giulia. It is conveniently located near the Castel Sant Angelo. If this is your first time in Italy, this might not be a good spot as it is not very close to the main sites like Colosseum or Trevi fountain. However, it is still walkable, and it’s not far from the Vatican. The room was a fairly good size, with an attic space for the second bed for a family of three. The AC works. They have an elevator. Breakfast is not included unless you purchase that option. We were celebrating our anniversary, and informed them about it, but they didn’t do anything special for us. Overall, it is a good place to stay.
This was one of our favorite places that we stayed on our trip. Even though it was just from one night. The front desk gentleman was AWESOME! I cannot remember his name. But we arrived there on Sunday June 28th. We asked him for food recommendation, and he sent us to this amazing pizza place around the corner. Safe for walking we never felt scared. The owners of the restaurant we super nice and friendly they spent some time talking to us and getting to know us. Best Pizza we had on the whole trip. I believe it was called Buongiorno. Oh, and we were there in the middle of the heat wave. The AC was AMAZING!!
