Pulito essenziale totalmente rinnovato bagno nuovissimo in marmo, colazione scarsa, inesistente ma causa covid cosi mi han saputo giustificare questa colazione miserrima Ma non mi pare un grosso problema a fronte di un costo contenuto del pernottamento .ma la camera era silenziosa, pulitissima dotata di aria condizionata rinnovata e il televisore con collegamenti a netflixe Estremamente comodo per partenze essendo vicinissimo alla stazione . somewhat disappointing

There was no one at the desk 90% of the time. A woman checked us in and left a phone number for us to call if we needed anything. we didn't see her again til the morning we were leaving three days later. We didn't feel that wanting extra pillows or asking that a lamp be repaired warranted making a call, but would have liked them seen to. Her response on that last day was a shrug and comment that she doesn't work on Friday or Saturday. Also the photo on the booking site showed a lovely outdoor courtyard onto which the rooms appeared to open. The courtyard was actually some plants on a concrete floor in a small space surrounded by 6 stories of windows on 4 sides and open at the top. Otherwise, the room was nice, the food left there for our breakfasts was more than adequate and it was clean.

Kleines, sehr freundliches "Hotel" in top Lage!

Beim Suite Deal Rome handelt es sich nicht um ein klassisches Hotel. Es ist viel mehr eine kleine privat geführte Pension mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Unser Zimmer war sauber und für italienische Verhältnisse hochwertig eingerichtet. Einzig das Frühstück könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein – zumindest kann ich mir vorstellen, dass es einigen nicht reicht. Mich hat es nicht gestört. Es gab jeden morgen frische Croissants und man hatte auf dem Zimmer Butter, Konfitüren, Nuss-Nougat-Creme, Cornflakes, Milch, Obst, Fruchtsäfte, Tee + Wasserkocher und einen Kaffeeautomaten. Ausreichend um den Tag zu starten. Das Suite Deal Rome liegt nah beim Hauptbahnhof (Termini) und ist somit super vom Flughafen aus zu erreichen (Das Hotel bietet auch einen Shuttle Service an, wenn man möchte). Die Zimmer sind zum Teil zu den Diokletiansthermen gerichtet und bieten somit einen tollen Ausblick und sind ruhig. Durch diese Zentrale Lage können motivierte Reisende alle großen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Aber zur Not kommt man ja immer wieder mit der Metro zurück zum Hauptbahnhof, wenn die Füße schmerzen.

Отель находится недалеко от вокзала Тиволи, очень удобно дойти даже с чемоданом. Расположен в красивом старинном доме, идти необходимо в проход С и подняться на лифте на 2 этаж. Удобное расположение, состояние номера отличное. Завтрак - круасан, творожок, не знаю как назвать сухарь-тост, слив.масло, джем, фрукты. Номер убирают каждый день. В номере есть маленький холодильник, чайник, чай в пакетиках, сахар, одноразовые тарелки. В ванне мыло, шампунь есть.

Schwer zu finden, aber toll

Kein richtiges Hotel, sondern nur ein paar Zimmer in einem riesigen Mehrfamilienhaus. Schwer zu finden, da kein Schild auf das "Hotel" hinweist (ausser direkt an der "Wohnungstür". Zum Frühstück gibt es frische Croissants und Obst, sowie verpackte Sachen aus dem Kühlschrank. Das Zimmer selber ist groß und toll eingerichtet. Hatten eines mit Blick auf den fantastischen Garten des Nachbarhauses (mit umlaufendem Säulengang). Lage direkt am Bahnhof ist perfekt für alle Ausflüge.

Centralt men ganska långt från trevliga kvarter.

Rent och fräscht hotell utan tvekan. Trevlig personal. MEN, var tvungen att betala straffavgift för sen in-checkning trots att det inte stod någon om det på hemsidan. Hotellet ligger nära centralstationen, men det är knappast trevligaste området i Rom. Känns ganska fattigt, risigt och segregerat. Att promenera till de mysiga gränderna och butikerna tar ca. 20 minuter. Sen är frukosten ett skämt. Säkert italiensk standard, men åtminstone jag uppskattar inte att bara äta sötsaker till frukost. Hotellet gjorde stor grej av att de skulle bjuda på croissanter, men de var naturligtvis täckta av socker. Nästa gång väljer jag annat hotell.

Great hotel over looking ancient garden

We loved staying here while in Rome, close to great food , the rail/tube station, and local shops. While we found Italy in general to be very dirty, the hotel was very clean and spacious. The bed was terrible and is the only knock. We lifted the mattress and found wood slats bent over a large steel spine, resulting in an almost tent like structure. You could feel the spine like a rock, and if you moved off it you rolled out of bed. We ended up putting the mattresses on the floor, ahhhh.

Hübsches kleines Hotel in Zentrumsnähe

Für unseren 4 tägigen Städtetrip nach Rom war das Hotel optimal. Die Lage hat es erlaubt, sehr schnell an jeden Punkt der Stadt zu gelangen. Gute Anbindungen an Bus, Bahnen und Metronetz. Trotz zentraler Lage des Hotels war das Zimmer sehr ruhig und hatte einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Freundliche und familiäre Atmosphäre im Hotel. Englischsprachiges Personal war Tag und Nacht für uns erreichbar. Sehr gutes Hotel. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Perfect location

We arrived in Rome by train and walked to our accomodation with our cases in less than 10 minutes (we are in our 60's). We thought we had made a mistake as we did not expect such a beautiful building. We were ushered in by 2 very pleasant staff members to a lovely room with a view overlooking a fabulous garden. We settled in and went for a walk to have a look at the garden and found a ruin of an ancient bathhouse and went around the corner and found a basilica deigned by Michelangelo. What a perfect start to our visit to Rome. No wonder we had a wonderful time.

Wonderful boutique hotel with stunning views

This is a small hotel with friendly staff and stunning views over the ruins of the Diocletian Baths. The hotel is really a suite of rooms in a typical European apartment complex which just adds to its character. It is close to the Piazza de Republica and within easy walking distance of Termini station so buses, metro and taxis are all within easy reach. Lots of good restaurants, pizzerias, pasticcerias and galeterias within easy distance so you don't have to travel far at night to eat. Rome is just a wonderful city to visit. We spent 4 days and felt we had only touched the surface. If you want to be close to all amenities but away from the hubbub of the centre of Rome this is for you.

Great view, great staff!

We only stayed here one night at the end of our vacation, but it was a nice night. The hotel is really just a renovated apartment/loft in an old apartment building with a center courtyard. The owner called us before we came to make sure she was there before we arrived, and was very helpful in figuring out the best way to get to one of the museums we wanted to go to. Then there was the view of the Diocleatian Baths and Cloisters, a ancient Roman bath house converted into a church. Beautiful!

It was a really nice hotel to stay. They are always nice to guests. And the room conditions are also good and quite cosy. It's a little hard for us to find the location of the hotel, though. But At the end, there was no problem.

Great location

A hidden gem located in central Rome. Had a slight trouble looking for the venue as it's hidden in a residential building. Very helpful receptionist Anna helped us settle down and with bookings. Worth getting the room with a view which looks out the courtyard. Would definitely go back again.

Great find

Well situated hotel, close to the Termini Station but walk-able into the City. Staff greeted us with lots of information and explained everything clearly. Room was clean, with excellent bathroom and with complimentary fruit basket and water on our arrival. Nice breakfast in room with fresh croissants every day as well as cereal, yoghurt, juice and coffee maker.

Mooi klein hotel met 5 kamers, daarom is de receptie niet altijd bemand echter hebben ze dit heel goed geregeld. Goede voorzieningen. Ontbijt op de kamer.

Convenient location and well priced

I booked the room for one night prior to flying out from Rome. The room is a 10 minute walk from the train station and I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at my room given that it is quite inexpensive for Rome. I had a beautiful view out my window and the room, including bathroom, had been recently renovated. The breakfast was very basic but adequate especially given the price I paid for the room. If I travel to Rome again, I will definitely consider staying here.

Ideal für den Stadturlaub

Die Lage des Suite Deals Rom ist optimal um die Stadt zu Fuß zu "erlaufen". Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, bis auf den Vatikan liegen in gut erreichbarer Nähe. Außerdem ist direkt gegenüber des Gebäudes eine Bushaltestelle, die wir aber, da wir gerne laufen, nicht genutzt haben. Von der Station Termini sind es auch nur wenige 100 m, so dass man kein Taxi vom Bahnhf benötigt.

通常のホテルではなく、ゲストハウスです。スタッフは親切ですが、チェックインに制限がありますので到着する時間をよく確認してから予約した方がよいと思います。

Very nice stay for 3 night.The room very nice, clean and safe.The staff very friendly.If your room window directed to the Diocletian Bath - is it great view, if not (faced to the courtyard only) you might get a smell from restaurant kitchen. Very good value for money.
