O hotel é perfeito. A localização é maravilhosa!

We had a great stay at Town House Roma! The location is absolutely perfect and within walking distance to everything, especially the Trevi Fountain. The moment you step out of the main entrance, you are surrounded by fantastic restaurants, stores, and souvenir shops. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The only real downsides were that there was no fridge in the room, and we had to carry our luggage down the stairs as we are in the upper floor from the reception. Overall, it is a wonderful base for exploring Rome, but keep the stairs in mind if you have heavy bags!

The location was convenient, but that also made it very very noisy at night. Our windows didn’t close all the way so it was hard to sleep. The room was not in great condition, but it was clean and very spacious. We were grateful for all the communication with staff, but the man at the desk was not friendly and quite rude to us.

I stayed at Town House Roma with my wife and kids. The location is perfect, with several restaurants and attractions at a walking distance. The Fontana de Trevi is on block from the hotel. The suite was the perfect size for a family of 5, everything was clean and working properly. The only issues were 1) Since the area is really crowded, with many people around the hotel, you can hear the noise all day and night around. The hotel should install noise cancelation windows. 2) The internet was working very slow 3) The hotel was supposed to organice me a Limo service to pick me up at the airport, however it did not show up. I recomend you for you to organice your own transportation.
