Wonderful 58 sqm apartment with pool in the countryside just 3km from the beach

The apartment is at the first floor with terrace in a country house in Vada, in a completely fenced 7-hectare estate with olive trees and a small oak forest on the Etruscan Coast in the province of Livorno.
The apartment is in typical Tuscan style and equipped with every comfort, it has a private outdoor area with garden table and chairs, the windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
Two televisions are available with Italian programs and satellite programs in foreign languages, you will also find: CD player, DVD player and free Internet connection.
Air conditioning and heating.
A large swimming pool 15 meters long, 7 meters wide and 140 centimeters deep and a Jacuzzi are available for our guests, and a small pool 60 centimeters deep is also available for children.
In the large solarium, the apartment has a private space with umbrella, sunbeds and chairs,
an area with barbecue, table and chairs is available,
it is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday, five minutes from the sea on the Tuscan coast, a few km from the villages of Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri, from the art cities of Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa, Lucca, Siena and Florence.

Alles in allem nur positiv

Der Aufenthalt bei Fausto und seiner Partnerin war sehr sehr schön. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen! Fausto und seine Partnerin waren extrem hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich und sie standen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Selbst als eine neue Kaffeemaschine gebraucht wurde! ;-) Eine sehr ruhige und gepflegte Anlage. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wie gesagt, wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Fam. Rieger

Eine tolle Auszeit...

... haben wir vier bei Fausto erlebt. Angefangen vom super Pool und Whirlpool, der großen Terrasse, dem Appartement... Fausto hat für seine Gäste alles tiptop vorbereitet. Alles sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt, es gibt neue Fliegengitter an jedem Fenster, auch an der Eingangstüre (was wir erst am letzten Tag gecheckt haben). Tolles Ambiente in einem 100-jährigen Haus. Liebe Grüße an Fausto und seinem girl friend & vielen Dank, dass wir an unserem Abreisetag noch den Vormittag am Pool verbringen konnten 🤗

Super Ferienwohnung - toller Urlaub!

Wir haben in Appartement 5 einen tollen Urlaub mit unserer Tochter (1) verbracht. Es fehlte uns an nichts (Details: Startersets für Kaffeemaschine und Spülmaschine ist schon selten, Fernseher deutsch programmiert...). Die Räume sind schön und alles ist gepflegt und neuwertig. Man kann super den Tag vor Ort verbringen (Pool, Spielplatz, Grill...) und zum Strand ist es nicht weit, aber ein Auto ist erforderlich. Danke Fausto für die schöne Zeit, deine Hilfe und deine Tips und das unkomplizierte "Verlängern". Für jemanden der Strandurlaub mag, aber abends seine Ruhe haben will, absolut empfehlenswert. Wir werden wieder kommen. L & L & M

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Alles ist wie beschrieben und für einen sehr schönen Urlaub gemacht. Der Pool ist sehr groß, genau so wie die Wohnungen sehr geräumig und es gibt einen tollen Whirlpool.

Es hat alles gepasst. Supernette Kommunikation mit Vermieter. Hatten dur Wohnunung im ersten Stock mit toller Terrasse. Toll wäre noch eine Bäckerei in der Nähe gewesen (man muss etwa 3km in den Ort fahren).

Tuscany treat!

We were very pleased with our stay at Casa La Macchia. Our host, Fausto, greeted us warmly and helped us plan our day trips around the vicinity. His restaurant suggestions were also very good. We had a spacious apartment with a working kitchen. The pool and surrounding deck were a nice size. The location, nestled in the countryside, was what we were looking for, and it served as a great base for our day trips.

Die Beschreibung trifft zu. Es ist ein schönes, eingezäuntes Anwesen, ein Auto ist erforderlich (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand ca. 3 km Entfernung). Fausto ist ein kompetenter Gastgeber, hilft wo er kann. Sogar der Pool und Whirlpool waren in dieser Jahreszeit noch in Betrieb. Die Wohnungen sind gut eingerichtet, der Küchen-/Wohnzimmerteil eher klein (wir waren zu dritt, mit mehr Personen ist das Sofa schon etwas klein. Aber man ist ja meistens draussen...). Es ist tatsächlich etwas ringhörig, dies trübt aber den Gesamteindruck nicht. Die Klimaanlage kann auch zum heizen benutzt werden ;-) das ist im Oktober von Vorteil. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können dieses Anwesen sehr empfehlen.

Una splendida settimana, volata troppo in fretta!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di totale relax, immersi nella quiete e circondati dal verde. L’appartamento era spazioso, pulito e ben attrezzato. Molto piacevole lo stile toscano con le travi a vista. Bellissima la terrazza che abbiamo sfruttato per fare colazione all’aperto. Abbiamo apprezzato ed utilizzato sia la piscina, ottimamente tenuta, sia la vasca idromassaggio che ci ha regalato piacevolissimi momenti di relax. In auto si possono raggiungere molte spiagge stupende in poco tempo. Davvero una splendida settimana. Mi raccomando: fidatevi ciecamente dei consigli di Fausto, soprattutto per quanto riguarda i ristoranti in cui andare a cena! Ne sarete molto, molto, ma molto soddisfatti!! Grazie mille Fausto e Arrivederci!!!

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement war sehr sauber, die Räume hatten eine angenehme Größe und der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig gelegen. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich, da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 3 km entfernt liegen. Der Strand und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub bei Vada

Das Anwesen ist sehr großzügig und hat einen großen schönen einzigartigen Pool, der zum Schwimmen einlädt. Und zusätzlich noch einen tollen Whirlpool. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut eingerichtet. Es gibt reichlich Sonnen- und Schattenplätze. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und sind sehr erholt abgereist.

Wohlfühl Urlaub mit tollem Gastgeber

Wir wurden höflich vom Besitzer in Empfang genommen. Er hat uns alles gezeigt und nützliche Hinweise, auch in Schriftform gegeben. Das Apartment war zweckmäßig und landestypisch eingerichtet. Die Anlage ist groß und schön angelegt. Für Kinder gibt es einiges an Spielmöglichkeiten. Der Pool ist groß und mit Kinderbecken. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genug in der Nähe. Was uns nicht so gefallen hat, war die Tatsache, dass es keinen Whirlpool gibt, wie beschrieben. Das war letztlich ein Argument für dieses Objekt, da in dieser Jahreszeit der Whirlpool wegen der Temperatur eine schöne Alternative zum Pool wäre. Hier sollte die Beschreibung geändert werden. Es ist gut, dass alle Zimmer Fliegengitter haben. Diese waren aber löchrig. Dementsprechend hatten wir viele Stechfliegen und Käfer in der Wohnung. Die Wohnungen sind relativ hellhörig. Die Nachbarn waren abends nicht besonders rücksichtsvoll. Mit kleinen Kindern, die schlafen wollen kann die hellhörige Wohnung je nach Nachbar problematisch sein. Wenn morgens um 6 Bettgestelle über den Boden gezogen werden sind von uns alle wach gewesen. Das sind aber Kleinigkeiten, bis auf den Whirlpool. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke an den Gastgeber. Gerade in diesen Zeiten haben wir uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Meernähe

Wir haben 2 Wochen bei Fausto verbracht. Die Wohnung war super. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Pool war sehr schön und sauber. Wunderschöne Strände sind nicht weit weg. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Erholsamer Urlaub in der Toskana

Wir sind sehr kurzfristig mit erwachsenen Kindern verreist. Das Objekt liegt sehr schön und ruhig. Fausto, der ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, aber nicht aufdringlich. Wir haben den Pool sehr genossen, das Meer ist aber auch nicht weit, es gibt sehr schöne Stellen mit vorgelagertem Pinienwald. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel und klimatisiert. Das abendliche Sitzen auf der Dachterasse haben wir sehr genossen. Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung.

Einfach perfekt!

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 4 jungen Erwachsenen, ohne Plan und Ziel was man in der Toskana unternehmen kann unterwegs. Fausto hat uns direkt am ersten Tag so viele Tipps gegeben was einen Besuch wert ist, was man unbedingt sehen sollte. Danke dafür! Auch das Haus an sich ist einfach perfekt, Klimanlage, Pool, vollausgestattete Küche, alles was das Herz begehrt. Der Gastgeber kümmert sich sehr gut um das Wohl seiner Gäste, bei sämtlichen Fragen und Wünschen ist er jederzeit verfügbar. Von der Wohnung aus sind nahezu sämtliche Reiseziele der Toskana schnell erreichbar, Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano und viele mehr sind relativ schnell und einfach erreichbar. Vor allem für den ersten Urlaub in der Toskana ist die Wohnung, vor allem aber der Gastgeber perfekt. Nun zur Wohnung an sich: ALles ist makellos sauber, die Anreise und Check in ist unkompliziert, der Pool eine Wilkommene Abkühlung. Bei Ankunft war die Wohnung bereits angenehm gekühlt, Innerhalb von nicht mal 30 Minuten nach Ankunft war der Schlüssel übergeben, sämtliche Reiseziele Dank der Informationen von Fausto geplant,und die ersten Bahnen im Pool gedreht. Alles in allem einfach DIE perfekte Wohnung in der Toskana, preislich recht billig, Ausstattung und Lage perfekt, der Gastgeber ebenfalls perfekt.

Top location with very helpfull owner.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and organized perfectly. There is airconditioning both in the bedrooms as in the kitchen/living area. The swimming pool is maintained excellent and there are plenty of seats/sunbeds for everyone. There is a large choice of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. I think it's a great plus to have the owner (Fausto) living in the same domain. (in a house next to the apartments.) Fausto has great knowledge of all the fun activities nearby. He is keen to give you tips on where to go and where to eat. There is a great variation of beaches nearby (white sand, coarse sand, pebbles, rocks, ...) as well as the famous wine-route. Larger cities are all less than one hour away. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone visiting the Tuscan coast.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wunderschöne Ferienanlage mit einem sehr netten und äußerst hilfsbereiten Eigentümer, der jederzeit gern die Fragen der Urlauber beantwortet. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr hübsch im toskanische Stil eingerichtet, mit allem was man benötigt. Alle 5 Wohnungen haben eine große Terrasse mit Sonnenschirm und Gartenmöbeln und der große Pool bietet ausreichend Platz für alle Gäste. Die Lage des Grundstückes ist sehr ruhig, so dass einem entspannten Urlaub in der Toscana nichts im Wege steht! Mir, meiner Frau und unseren 3 Kindern hat es sehr gut gefallen. Deswegen hiermit viele Grüße an Fausto und sein "Girlfriend" von Thomas & Family

Der perfekte Geheimtipp

Alle wollen in die großen Touristenorte. Alle wollen das Haus oder die Wohnung mit Blick aufs Meer. Dann sollten Sie hier nicht hinfahren! Das Haus liegt in Vada, mit seinen vielen kleinen Restaurants (eines zu Fuß erreichbar), an einer Verbindungsstraße aber gut 300m zurückgesetzt und damit sehr ruhig gelegen. Pool, Lüfter und Klimaanlagen machen den Aufenthalt auch an Heißen Tagen sehr angenehm. Zudem ist der Vermieter sehr freundlich und das was wir uns unter einem echten Italiener vorstellen. In 5 min erreicht man den nächsten Supermarkt oder die Autobahn. Volterra oder Pisa sind gerade einmal 45min entfernt. Bis zur Fähre nach Elba brauchen sie eine Stunde. Einfach perfekt!
