"The room was fantastic, the river suit. Large bath, king size bed plenty of space. Had a meal in the restaurant fantastic food, topped off with a couple of coctails and some live music. Had a good sleep, bed a bit firm for me but wouldnt put me off coming back. Breakfast was help yourself continental and fried food. Any special requests you just had to ask. The staff from front desk to bar, housekeeping and restaurant we're all fantastic. Hard to believe this is only a three star hotel, will definitely be back."

Perfectly located in the beautiful countryside of Northern Ireland and conveniently close (40 minutes) to Belfast International Airport, this B\&B has become my go-to every time I’m in the area. geographically perfect as it is central ulster region. The host, Ann, is simply incredible. Her attention to detail is second to none — she has truly thought of everything to make her guests feel comfortable, welcomed, and completely at home. From the cozy, spotless rooms to the thoughtful personal touches throughout the house, it’s clear that Ann takes great pride in what she does. Every stay feels tailored to the individual. What really stands out is how much more this B&B offers compared to many hotels — especially when you consider the price. It’s competitively priced, but the quality, warmth, and service you receive far exceed most hotel experiences. "Beautiful property, lovely views out over the valley and owner has retained great original features from old barn but combined them with modern comfort. The owners were fab, very welcoming, genuinely interested in where we were going on our day trips but not intrusive. The welcome pack of bread, butter, jam, coffee and milk etc. was a lovely touch - would really recommend this as a great place to stay and in a central location for touring western Northern Ireland and for Donegal."
