"This was my 5th year coming to this cabin for a total of 8-9 times. I absolutely love coming here and relaxing in the peaceful little cabin that the host built for themselves and us to enjoy. There is plenty to do whether it’s going to the state parks nearby, checking out the bisons, going in town for some breakfast or even hiking through the woods behind the cabin they made for us to enjoy. I would recommend anyone to come here and enjoy a peaceful getaway. "

Easy instructions to follow 2) This property is the cleanest I have ever rented, and I camp alot with Vbro.com 3) When you enter the cottage, its very swanky and well decorated. It has high end appliances/fixtures and bathrooms are better then most 5 star hotels 4) Olean is a short drive for provisions, but David has got you covered. The kitchen is well stocked, you could easily cook for a group5) Absolutely peaceful and serene. The pond has some HUGE Fish in there, I caught every day I fished, saw some in the pond 14 "to 16" easily "Lunkers""

"We've stayed at another property in Little Valley managed by this owner many times and have been very happy with that house, this year our group wanted to upgrade a bit and so we booked the Rooster's Den. This was a fantastic rental for our group of 8 in the summer and would be even more incredible during the ski season! We appreciated the incredible view through the A frame living room and the wraparound porch, the backyard with firepit, grill and hot tub, and the spaceous kitchen and downstairs game room. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to be back next year!"

"Amazing little cabin nestled in the woods. Everything you need is provided by the accommodating host. Sitting on the porch overlooking the private stocked pond is as peaceful as it gets. Thousands of acres of State Forest land nearby to explore. We will return as 3 days / 2 nights was not enough."

"This was a nice and rustic trip away from the city into the peace and serenity of the country. Beautiful night sky with a fire pit and a porch allowed one to enjoy the sights and sounds. Cows, goats, miniature horses, chickens, geese, peacocks, dogs, and cats are some of the friendly animals on the property. Trailer was clean and bed was comfortable."

"We had a great stay at Cabin Creek. It was exactly what we were looking for to kick off summer: private cabin in the woods, we did some "creeking" and saw waterfalls on the property, great big porch to grill and eat dinner outside, had nice fires among the fireflies and it was super close to Letchworth where we spent Saturday hiking. Dave gave us great recommendations for nearby dinner spots. It was the perfect laid back getaway. "
