Niagara Crossing has a beautiful location - on the banks of the Niagara River and located in the wonderful village of Lewiston, NY. There is nothing overtly wrong or undesirable about the hotel, but it was a bit disappointing. The staff was nice, but lacked the professional polish we expected. Some of them were warm and welcoming and others not so much, but in all fairness the desk staff not only handles check in, but they also replenishes the breakfast bar, vacuum the lobby carpets, etc. Parking was limited (altho there was a public lot down the hill), lobby bar was lovely but we were told it is only open on Fridays, breakfast was ordinary continental, pre-wrapped pastry. Overall the hotel could use a bit of polish and a splash of sophistication.
