“The place is lovely, as are the hosts. The space is immaculate, and nicely appointed. The hosts have stocked it with 85% of the “stuff to bring just in case” - blankets, pillows, anything cooking- and coffee-related, even a couple of bikes. It’s not on the water, but is very centrally located. You can walk to “downtown” Bemus in 7-8 minutes (or drive in one), where there are a number of excellent restaurants and shops. I would mention any negatives, but I really can’t think of any. Great place....

“This is a charming old building just a couple blocks from a wonderful coffee place and other downtown shops, and walkable to lovely parts of Warren (like walking along the river). I had my dog along and we had a blast! Christie’s restaurant across the street has great food. The upstairs neighbor Annette is super kind and generous. I met the owner and he is warm and welcoming. “The view of the sunset over the lake can’t be beat. Remember it’s dog friendly, so keep that in mind if you’re allergic! Also note this is the top floor of a larger unit, and the lawn with fire pit by the water is not as big as the booking photo made it seem. There are multiple properties close by. We didn’t use the fire pit due to rain, geese, and mosquitos. Despite that, the fire pit and porch views are unbeatable. The hot tub was nice and big enough for two.
