“We were in the area from NC for a family reunion at Allegheny State Park. Perfect location for us to see other friends from the area and go to the reunion and also bring our pup along with us. Had an amazing time and we will definitely be back:)”

“Beautiful remodel of this building, it has all the high end amenity's of a luxury home in a small package, and if you forget to bring anything ; don't worry it's there at lil tio Their are plenty of things to do and places to eat, We stayed at lil tio for a family reunion and had a great time”

“Very quiet and secluded cabins, nobody else nearby. Great walking trails, especially for the dogos. Cabin was so comfortable and the backyard was an incredible hangout spot for the family! Firewood provided was an excellent touch when everywhere else is selling for $20 a bundle. We will be back for sure!”

“From start to finish, our experience expectations were met and/or exceeded. Josh was not only kind and prompt with his responses, he's a guy who treats others as you'd assume to be treated. You need something, he'll accommodate. You don't need anything, he trusts you, but still tries to suggest. If we could have had a better experience, it would not have been because Josh didn't provide. He's a great guy to work with and consider him a friend now. My Dad, Son and I had a great time.”
