“Nice to be able to stay in the Jebel Sham area. Staff service was excellent but otherwise stay was mediocre. I stayed in a tent and the lighting was very poor. Could not do much. I asked about lighting and got an answer that it was to create atmosphere. If I wanted to be in a cave it would be good. Found the food mediocre especially the breakfast.”

“Check in was comfortable and ease. Greeted with welcome drinks and hot towel. Was provided assistance with the golf cart to our rooms for our luggage. The chalet room was fantastic and spotless. Breakfast and dinner was excellent with various options. Only downside was despite the slightly steep dinner fee, drinks are not included which was a little disappointing.
All in all, great place and I recommend it.”

“Très bon accueil par un employé francophone très serviable. Suite immense, meubles un peu usés et cuisine agencée mais à peu près vide. Solo una nota di demerito, abbiamo prenotato con Expedia.com ad un determinato prezzo per due notti come pubblicato dal sito ,da saldare in struttura, ma poi alla reception ci hanno chiesto un pagamento di ben tre volte superiore! dicendo che su Expedia sono sbagliate, nonostante per lo stesso periodo fossero le stesse pubblicate……
