"We had a lovely, clean quiet room on the third floor overlooking the dock. The staff were all friendly, polite and helpful and busy breakfast times were well-organised and efficient.
The location was really good for all the attractions in and around the dock, and a short walk into town. "
"It is in a great location near the waterfront, where you can catch the Hop On/Off buses, or the ferries. The whole area is very walkable. It is close to The Cavern, which is a must see if you are a Beatles fan!"
"We honestly could not complain about anything at this hotel. Pleasant and friendly staff. The room was immaculate. We booked single beds because the King rooms were sold out but gratefully received an upgrade to a deluxe king bedded room which was so comfortable which is just what we needed for a good sleep before an early appointment at the hospital next day which is in walking distance. Free parking thrown in so what is not to like Will definitely be back"
