It’s not a five star property which I wasn’t expecting. But it served a purpose. The room was clean, the TV works along with the other features in the room. It’s kind of cool with the breakfast vouchers for the Denny’s next-door.

rude staff, bed bugs, dirty sheets (brown stains covering both beds). awful experience, I'm glad I could at least get a refund. What a nightmare. I tell everyone I meet to stay away from this place.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The pool was very nice the hot tub was so relaxing and a nice size did not feel crowded at all. The room was clean, temperature was very easily set to a comfortable temperature. The bed was very comfortable we loved it. The only thing that was missing in our room was that there was no microwave in the room. We had left overs with no way to warm it up. We played a little bit at the Casino but the machines seem to be wound very tight. Did not win anything and do not see anyone around us wining either. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend as well.

Good location to downtown Spokane and within 30 minutes drive to other venues. The staff was helpful and attentive even with the wildfires going on in the Spokane area. I believe some evacuees were also accommodated at the hotel. Hope no lives were lost. Will definitely book another stay in the future.
