"We have booked this flat for one week to spend our holiday. Already when we saw the ad of this apartment and this place Sahl Hasheesh, we were excited. We were overjoyed when the apartment was still free and we could book it. Arrived in this place we were overwhelmed by the apartment and the location and proximity to the beautiful beach and the various restaurants as well as the shopping possibilities. The owner Iryna has thought of all details of the equipment, so we lacked nothing. She was...

"We all had fun, the place was neat and tidy. Very good communication with the villa’s manager and the host( owner) very nice and friendly people. Over all experience is great. We are all looking forward to repeat the trip in the near future."

"The whole property was excellent and very well maintained and run. The staff were amazing, helpful and eager to solve any problems. The restaurants were exceptional and the service was wonderful. Mr.Gouda, the manager, gave us his personal card to contact him with any problems. The beach area is very shallow and gets even shallower during low tide starting at noon. The only thing that was annoying was the amount of smoke that gets built up in the air at night at the entertainment area, with only one fan available and the huge numbers of smokers, the whole area was as filled with cigarette smoke. I hope the resort gets more fans in that area or designates an area for smokers and another area for non smokers. "

Amazing staff, specially front desk

"Our stay is unforgettable. The hotel is amazing. The front dest staff really stands out. Very fast early check in, they also are very professional. Special thanks to Mr. Assem, he followed up with us every day to make sure our stay is as pleasant as it could be. Ms. Nadine is amazing, she took our concerns and comments seriously and communicated them on the spot. The only 2 drawbacks, it’s a management thing, the drinks are awful. 1)They get the worst quality drinks, no cocktails, even the syrups are so limited and tasted bad. 2) They turn off the A/C in the restaurant and the lobby while guests are still there. Which makes is SO hot. We were drowning in our sweat. It’s also a very poor working condition for the staff especially in the restaurant which automatically reflects on how the whole service. "

"It was very relaxing , very clean. The room met our expectations. The staff were amazing , multilingual The night show was ok , but can be better. I did like the violin lady play duing dinner, she was awesome. I was disappointed she didn't play on the next day. The staff iverall were amazing, very clean hotel, swimming pool ,food. I would love to go there again."
