"Beau chalet avec beaucoup de commodités. C'était propre à notre arrivée et le lac était magnifique, quoique pas directement sur la propriété.J'aurais aimé avoir des retours plus rapides de la part de l'hôte. J'ai eu des réponses à certaines questions le jour de notre retour à la maison. Sur place, certains problèmes ont été soulevés à l'hôte qui ont été reçus avec bienveillance. "

"The space was great for our party of 11 - bigger then it looked on the photos. We really enjoyed the location and the common areas. Some complaints are that the pillows were awful - lumpy and uncomfortable.This house does NOT sleep 14 people. Our smallest person, a12 year old child, could not fit on the futon beds. And there was no extra bedding even if that had been possible. Other then that, it was well appointed, the bathrooms were great and the laundry area was good. We especially loved that...

"The location is very very close to the Valcartier Resort. The house was not clean properly. No washer and dryer. Missing towels for showers. No dish cloths, no soap, the hous is ver very old. The light outside the house did not work. You can’t deal the temperature in the house there is no thermostat. We left on the fourth day with all itchiness. They have some bed bugs. "The check-in and check out was quick and send amless. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. The room was clean spacious and very comfortable. The hotel's design was elegant, and breakfast included great with scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, fruits, yogurts, bagels and various other breads, cereal and make-your-own waffles, coffee, tea juices etc. Accommodations made for a truly relaxing experience. The convenient location made exploring the city a breeze. Couldn’t have chosen a better place for a 5 day vacation. I would definitely stay here again! "
