"The space was great for our party of 11 - bigger then it looked on the photos. We really enjoyed the location and the common areas. Some complaints are that the pillows were awful - lumpy and uncomfortable.This house does NOT sleep 14 people. Our smallest person, a12 year old child, could not fit on the futon beds. "Eight family members stayed at La Leonessa. We had a wonderful time. We especially enjoyed the clubhouse facilities (swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, pickle ball court) as well as the hot tub and pool table in the home. The house has three floors, open architecture, and large windows that allow plenty of natural light. There was ample parking space for two cars. "The location is very very close to the Valcartier Resort. The house was not clean properly. No washer and dryer. Missing towels for showers. No dish cloths, no soap, the hous is ver very old. The light outside the house did not work. You can’t deal the temperature in the house there is no thermostat. We left on the fourth day with all itchiness. They have some bed bugs. "This place is so peaceful, yet easy to get to Quebec City and has a swimming pool / hot tub / sauna to entertain people who don’t want to sit around the fire and chat. There’s a fun games room. I highly recommend and was not expecting what we found. A great house to stay."
