“Out of the 4 days, my room was only cleaned once despite my requests for it to be cleaned. And when I tried to ask for a partial refund for the 3 days the room was not cleaned, the hotel manager was rude and unprofessional and refused to print the final bill for me. Basically, both the hotel manager and Expedia gave me the runaround and neither party was willing to take responsibility and provide the refund - the hotel said Expedia should provide the refund and Expedia said the hotel should.”
