The room was great! Very clean and spacious. Most people in our group of 9 got sick. Not sure if from food or drinks… if you’re a nonmember, you do not have access to any of the nicer amenities. The resort layout is confusing, not very easy to navigate by walking.

The room conditions need some improvement. I reported twice an excessive toilet leak, coffee maker inoperable and the telephone didn’t work. These issues were not resolved. The refrigerator was only stocked once upon arrival.

Poor treatment by the staff. Air conditioning and electricity weren’t working in the room, the bartender was terrible and my family and I were ignored by them many times. This is the first time I have an experience like that

Overall, great experience. Staff were very nice. Resort rules can be quite restrictive, We were stopped multiple times due to not having either a bottom or being a little wet to go to the food area. We had sarongs and were pretty much dry. We are in the middle of the beach and pool for goodness sake! ...
