Great location - everything you need just a few minutes away and Salem is only around 45 minutes to the south. “We loved the cool concept decor and open, light filled feel of the place. It is clean, quiet, and located about a 15-20 minute walk from the newbury beach and a 10 minute drive to downtown Newburyport. We brought our pup and he enjoyed playing at the beach as well as walking around some of the marsh trails. The local restaurants are SO good and some even dog friendly. Because the kitchen was so well equipped and with a working grill we also were able to cook at the sea loft. I couldn’t be...

“It was our first time staying beach side and this little bungalow offered so much. You really can’t beat the location. Though in the more active area of the island, it was quiet and peaceful. The space was very cozy, perfect for two or ideal for a small family.”

“This house was wonderful to stay in. The beds were comfortable and the house was perfect for the four of us. The neighborhood was quiet, and the town was upscale. We were attending my daughter's college graduation and it gave us a place to stay close enough to Boston but outside of all the noise and congestion.”

We enjoyed walking the trail at Joppa Park, and it was easy to walk into town to shop, grab dinner, and enjoy live music. Newburyport is close to a lot of fun day trips, as well!”
